Unveiled in a new cinematic and gameplay hybrid trailer, Shadow of the Erdtree teases a haunting new landscape, monstrous bosses, and intriguing lore drops that have already set the internet ablaze. While details remain tightly guarded, the trailer showcases an array of disturbing new enemies, glowing golden thrones, and an ominous rider presumed to be Miquella—a figure frequently referenced in the base game but never seen in action.

Narrative cues suggest players will be diving into an entirely new location, likely accessed through Miquella’s cocoon in Mohg’s palace.
